Pickle lemonade has officially entered the chip aisle.

Late July is introducing a new limited-edition Pickle Lemonade Tortilla Chip that combines two flavors Gen Z and Millennials have spent the last few years obsessing over: dill pickle and lemonade.

The flavor sounds like something born from a chaotic group chat, but the logic is actually pretty straightforward. Pickle-flavored snacks continue to thrive, while pickle lemonade has quietly become one of the more surprising beverage trends to emerge in recent years.

Late July’s version aims to capture both sides of that equation, pairing the briny punch of dill pickle with bright lemon flavor in a single tortilla chip.

According to Mintel data, more than half of U.S. consumers have tried and enjoyed pickle-flavored snacks, helping fuel a steady wave of pickle-inspired launches across food and beverage. Pickle lemonade has followed a similar trajectory, showing up at fairs, restaurants, and social feeds across the country.

The chips themselves stay true to Late July’s usual formula, featuring organic yellow corn, avocado oil, and certified gluten-free, non-GMO ingredients.

Available now for a limited time, Pickle Lemonade Tortilla Chips come in 5.75-ounce bags with a suggested retail price of $5.79.
