Hidden Valley is getting into the Halloween spirit this year by taking its iconic ranch to the dark side.

The brand is launching limited-edition Spooky Ranch, a jet-black version of Hidden Valley Original Ranch made specifically for haunting your pizza, wings, and whatever else deserves a dunk this Halloween.

Despite looking like something that bubbled out of a witch’s cauldron, Hidden Valley isn’t relying on artificial flavors to give Spooky Ranch its signature color. Instead, the brand uses fruit juice and cocoa to naturally turn the dressing black while keeping the familiar zesty, tangy combination of buttermilk, herbs, and spices intact.

Naturally, black ranch deserves an equally spooky vessel. Hidden Valley is packaging Spooky Ranch inside a limited-edition glow-in-the-dark bottle, giving your fridge a little Halloween jump scare every time you go looking for something to dip your pizza in.
