Here’s How To Make Animal Style Nachos A La In-N-Out

In-N-Out has become a California staple that Californians are obsessed with, but you don’t necessarily have to live in the Sunshine State to get a little Animal Style in your system.

Josh Scherer of Los Angeles Magazine did us all a favor and showed how to transform that messy Animal Style Double-Double into a nacho platter that’ll make you a stud at your next tailgate, or potluck.

All the core elements of an Animal Style burger are there, such as the ground beef, melted American cheese, caramelized grilled onions, Thousand Island dressing (or actual In-N-Out sauce if you can get your hands on it), pickle slices, and even fried mustard. Scherer put all those elements together and mixed them with corn chips.

Peep the whole recipe on La Mag, as Josh gives you the step-by-step and gets you in an Animalistic mood.
