Mike’s Hot Honey Just Made Its First Move Into Drinks

Mike’s Hot Honey is now looking to be in your next beverage.

The brand just dropped Mike’s Hot Honey Syrup ($16.99), its first-ever product designed specifically for drinks. Same sweet heat people already know, just reworked into a pourable format meant for lattes, cold brew, cocktails, and mocktails.

The syrup sticks to the formula that made Mike’s a cult favorite—100% pure honey and real chili peppers—but swaps the drizzle-for-pizza energy for something barista- and bartender-friendly. Think spicy honey lattes, chili-kissed cold brew, or cocktails that don’t need a rim dip.

This move didn’t come out of nowhere. Over the summer, the syrup quietly debuted at Ziggi’s Coffee locations in Colorado, where the Mike’s Hot Honey Latte took off fast. The response turned that test run into Mike’s first national coffee collaboration.

Now, Mike’s Hot Honey Syrup is rolling out nationwide, available to cafés and bars, as well as directly to consumers via mikeshothoney.com. If spicy honey in your coffee sounds like your kind of morning, this one’s ready for your kitchen counter.
