McDonald’s McPick 2 Menu To Feature Big Macs, McNuggets And More

About a month ago, McDonald’s came out with a promotion called the McPick 2, in which customers could choose any two items from a very specific menu of four items and only pay $2 for them. Well, some changes have been made to this deal after a tumultuous past month for the company, and frankly, they’re very welcome.

When the promotion first came out, the only things that were available on the menu were a McDouble, a McChicken, a small order of fries and mozzarella sticks.

The mozzarella sticks in particular were an interesting option, since at the time they were a brand new item altogether, although several problems began arising from them, including a baffling lack of the snack’s main ingredient: cheese.

After the 5 week test run, McDonald’s has decided to change the deal up, but in a good way. Now known as the “McPick 2 For $5” deal, the upgraded version of the promotion brings along some of McDonald’s best items for the ride, including but not limited to: the Big Mac, McChicken Nuggets, Quarter Pounder, and the Filet-O-Fish.

I previously wrote about the 2 for 2 menu and how much it sucked. This, however, is definitely a step in the McRight direction.
