LA Restaurant Claims To Be The Only One In The City To Make Deep Dish Pizzas in Under 30 Minutes

Popular Los Angeles cocktail den, Lock & Key, makes a vibrant return from its pandemic-induced hiatus, complete with an interior facelift, and revamp of its popular walk up window, which will now serve Sicilian style, New York style, and Chicago deep-dish style pizzas. What’s more, menu favorites like lollipop chicken wings and a deep fried PB&J remain.

But the most intriguing part of this comeback story is the fact that Lock & Key claims to be the only restaurant in the city to make deep-dish pizza in under 30 minutes. That’s a bold claim, made by Chef Tony Hernandez, that’s sure to raise some eyebrows, with many I’m sure willing to put it to the test.

Koreatown denizens and Angelenos all over have come to enjoy unique offerings like ramen burgers from Lock & Key’s walk up window in the past, but with a boom in the city’s pizza game, another sound ‘za option is always welcome.
