Taco Bell Reveals Massive 2026 Menu Lineup Including New Mexican Pizzas And A Baja Blast Midnight Pie
Taco Bell just gave fans a look at what the future of the menu looks like, and it’s stacked.
At Live Más LIVE: A Night at The Palladium, the brand unveiled more than 20 new menu innovations slated to define Taco Bell’s 2026 lineup. Hosted by Vince Staples in front of a star-studded crowd in Hollywood, the spectacle doubled as a variety show and product reveal, giving fans their first taste of everything from dessert Crunchwraps to Diablo-dusted chicken nuggets.
The biggest headline of the night? A mix of cult favorites becoming permanent fixtures and a wave of experimental menu items that blur the line between sweet, savory, and straight-up chaotic.
Nacho Fries Become Permanent
After years of limited-time runs and constant fan petitions, Nacho Fries are officially joining Taco Bell’s menu permanently in 2026. The seasoned fries have become one of the brand’s most requested items, making their permanent return a historic move for the chain.
Alongside the announcement, Taco Bell also teased a spicy upgrade:
- Flamin’ Hot Nacho Fries, paired with Flamin’ Hot nacho cheese sauce.
Crispy Chicken Gets A Fiery Makeover
Taco Bell is expanding its crispy chicken lineup with an entirely new series of seasoning-dusted nuggets.
Instead of dipping sauce alone, these nuggets come coated in bold flavors like:
- Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, dusted in Taco Bell’s signature smoky Diablo seasoning
- Doritos Cool Ranch Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, paired with Cool Ranch dipping sauce
- Flamin’ Hot Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, bringing slow-building heat and crunch
Dessert Crunchwraps And Baja Blast Pie
Taco Bell is also pushing the envelope on desserts with some wild new mashups.
The most eye-catching reveal was the Crème Brûlée Crunchwrap Slider, a dessert spin on the iconic hexagon featuring vanilla cream filling, a cinnamon sugar tostada, and a caramelized crust grilled inside a tortilla.
Another standout was the Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Pie, a passionfruit and citrus dessert inspired by Baja Blast flavors.
New Formats And Taco Experiments
Beyond flavor tweaks, Taco Bell is experimenting with entirely new menu forms.
Some of the most interesting innovations include:
- Cheesy G Sliders, featuring flatbread wrapped around crispy white corn shells layered with mozzarella, pepper jack, cheddar, lettuce, pico, and chipotle sauce
- Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza with Jalapeño Citrus Salsa, a new take on the beloved Mexican Pizza
- Mexican Pizza Empanadas, bite-sized crispy empanadas filled with seasoned beef and three cheeses
- Flamin’ Hot Mini Taco Salad, served in a tortilla bowl rimmed with Flamin’ Hot seasoning
Dessert Collabs And Sweet Spins
The dessert menu is also getting a major upgrade.
Among the highlights:
- Milk Bar Birthday Cake Empanada, filled with birthday cake batter and topped with pink frosting and sprinkles
- Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empanadas, already available nationwide
- Strawberry & Cream Mexican Pizza Bite, featuring cheesecake filling and macerated strawberries
Drinks And Wild Experiments
The beverage side is also getting creative with new drinks like:
- Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Zero, a passionfruit Baja Blast variation with zero sugar
- Strawberry Horchata Refresca, blending cinnamon-spiced horchata with strawberry syrup
- Cold Brew with Purple Horchata Cold Foam
Taco Bell also teased a few experimental concepts, including an edible Fire Queso Sauce Packet and even Mountain Dew Baja Blast under-eye patches.
Taco Bell’s Innovation Night Goes Streaming
This year’s Live Más LIVE event was also the first to stream nationwide, now available on Peacock, turning Taco Bell’s annual innovation showcase into a full-blown entertainment spectacle.
For fans, though, the real takeaway is clear: Taco Bell’s 2026 menu is shaping up to be one of the brand’s most ambitious yet.
