NFL Legend Charles Woodson Handles The One Chip Challenge Like A Boss [WATCH]

Football legend Charles Woodson is known as one of the best defensive players to ever hit the gridiron. Recently, folks have discovered that he also has a hidden talent: handling extremely spicy food like a complete badass.

Woodson, who is now a member of the sportscasting team for ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown, took on the infernal One Chip Challenge alongside co-host Matt Hasselbeck. At approximately 1.9 million Scoville heat units, the fire in this chip is hard to contain. Unless you’re Charles Woodson, apparently.

Hasselbeck reached for the milk almost immediately, but Woodson held the line against reaching for any cooling agents. Boldly proclaiming that it was “nothing” to him, Woodson ended up finishing the entire thing without a single sip of milk or drop of sweat.

Considering that the challenge has taken down giants like Shaquille O’Neal and members of the Pittsburgh Steelers, what Charles Woodson was able to accomplish on live TV that night is definitely astonishing.
