Chocolate Covered Pepperoni

If you deep fry it, does it automatically taste better? What about chocolate? If you cover it with milk chocolate bark, does the taste always go through the roof? That was the curious questioning behind our friend Becky‘s Chocolate Covered Pepperoni experiment.

Made from pepperoni and chocolate baking bark, the end result left much to be desired. Of the folks Becky had try the chocolate covered pepperonis, it seemed that the general consensus was rather undecided. Some enjoyed the fusion of flavors, some didn’t know what to think.

While most things should be tried once, it doesn’t necessarily mean you need to try them again if it doesn’t work out. We’re proud of the experimentation, though!
