Subway’s Menu Gets A Protein Boost With New ‘Pockets’ And Daily Subs

Subway is powering up the protein with its new Protein Pockets.

Starting tomorrow (Jan. 8), this “grab-and-go solution” is packed with more than 20g of protein, fresh veggies and fan-favorite sauce in a soft tortilla. The inaugural lineup includes four options: Baja Chicken (grilled chicken, Monterey cheddar, Baja Chipotle, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and jalapeños), Peppercorn Ranch Chicken (grilled chicken, Monterey cheddar, Peppercorn Ranch, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and pickles), Italian Trio (Black Forest ham, aged pepperoni, Genoa salami, Monterey cheddar, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and mayo), and Turkey & Ham (oven-roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, Monterey cheddar, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and mayo). 

Subway also unveiled a new six-inch Sub of the Day lineup. Guests can enjoy a different six-inch sub every day of the week. The rotating lineup includes: 

  • Meatball Monday: Meatball Marinara 
  • Tuna Tuesday: Classic Tuna 
  • Sweet Onion Wednesday: Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
  • Turkey Thursday: Oven-Roasted Turkey 
  • Forest Ham Friday: Black Forest Ham 
  • BMT Saturday: Italian B.M.T.
  • Spicy Italian Sunday: Spicy Italian 

Subway’s Protein Packets will be available for $3.99, while its Sub of the Day is available for $4.99.
