Dominique Ansel Bringing Cronut Pop Up to LA for One Day Only

A little, sugar-fiend bird told us that Dominique Ansel will be bringing the (in)famous doughnut-croissant hybrid to Los Angeles for the first time ever. The Soho-born cronut will be landing on March 1st at Barneys New York at The Grove.

For those of you planning on camping out the night before, here’s all the info you need to know:

Ansel and his bakery staff are flying to LA three days before the event to prep the milk and honey-flavored pastries dusted with lavender-scented sugar, honey jam and Tahitian vanilla milk ganache. Each cronut will be $5 a pop, the same price they go for in New York, with the pop up’s funds going to charity.

The chaos begins at 10 am and ends 2pm. Bonne chance!
