Subway ‘Sandwich Artist’ Puts Penis on Bread Loaf, Instagrams It

The latest in fast food employee scandals comes from a mall store in Dublin, Ohio. A pair of Subway “Sandwich Artists” were recently inspired to Instagram a photo of someone placing his genitals on a loaf of bread from Subway and displaying a bottle of urine frozen “at work” in another.

Instagram user @weedpriest, aka Cameron Boggs, posted the photos, which were sent in to Huffpo by an anonymous tipster.

“I saw the frozen piss picture and thought, ‘What is this guy doing?'” the tipster stated. “Then came the penis picture. They’re stupid enough for doing this in the first place, but then to post it to the world? It was a dumb move.”

The man behind the penis pic? Boggs’ buddy Ian Jett, who insisted that the photo was taken at his house, not at the restaurant. “This isn’t something I’d ever do at Subway. It was totally a joke,” Jett told Huffpo.

Exactly why Jett has a standard Subway baking ban and unbaked loaves of the chain’s signature bread at home has yet to be determined.

The photos have since been deleted and unsurprisingly, both Boggs and Jett were fired on Monday.

“This isolated incident is not representative of SUBWAY Sandwich Artists™. These actions are not tolerated and the franchisee took immediate action to terminate the two employees involved,” a representative from Subway PR announced in a statement.

Still, we have a few notes to make on these notorious photos:

  • If Jett was busy showing the sandwich bread some love, then who took the pic?
  • Sorry buddy, but next to that footlong, your personal goods aren’t up to par
  • Gotta love that an Instagram filter can even make a penis-on-sammich pic artsy
