Greener Chipotle

I am not truly certain if “greener” is even a word. I’d debate it should be “more green”, but that is entirely beside the issue. In the town of Gurnee, Illinois, a Chipotle Mexican Grill will be opening and will be  partially powered by a six-kilowatt wind turbine erected near the establishment. The innards of the restuarant have also seen some respectable building habits, including the use of recycled dry-wall and recycled barn metal. Eat on! (Thx Slashfood)
