					Yes, I completely understand that I’m putting together a pumpkin-greatest-hits compilation as we approach the summer. And yes, I’m also aware that this list may seem surprisingly unseasonal due to the nation’s pumpkin craze during the fall months. Speaking for my palette, I know it’s not necessary (or preferred) to wait for leaves to fall to the ground to satisfy my pumpkin craving. So I put together a list of some my newly found favorites that can be enjoyed year round.
