Hafthor Bjornsson, AKA “The Mountain” from Game of Thrones, showed why he was given that nickname by tossing a 33-pound keg 24-feet and 6 inches high, breaking his own world record.

Bjornsson is Europe’s Strongest Man, so he has quite a few strength records under his lifting belt.

Game of Thrones fans know exactly how much of a monstrosity Bjornsson is, and probably wouldn’t be surprised if he practiced on set by tossing Peter Dinklage from one scene to another.

Next time you and your buddy struggle to set up a keg at the party, you can feel even wimpier knowing that this dude could probably carry six kegs with ease.
