Why Regular People Shouldn’t Try THE ROCK’S 10-POUND A DAY DIET [WATCH]

Last month, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson gave a full breakdown of one of his meal plans. It consisted of seven meals, 2.3 pounds of cod fish and a total of 10.5 pounds of food a day. Sounds crazy for normal folks like you and I, but The Rock’s practically a super hero and must make gains like one.

Sean Evans of Complex Magazine was dared to attempt The Rock’s Herculean meal plan and quickly found out how hard it is to down pounds of food like Rocky. Evans’ regular diet consists of “Chipotle and bong smoke” so this was probably a huge change for him. It didn’t help that He absolutely dislikes fish and the diet requires over 2 pounds of it.

He rounded up his cod, chicken, rice and everything else he needed to fulfill this challenge, and went off on his quest to eat like the jabroni beating, pie eating, trailblazing, eyebrow raising, People’s Champion of the world.
