Oscar Mayer Dogecoin Hot Dog Pack Auctions for $15K

Leading American meat and cold cut brand, Oscar Mayer, has just jumped on the Dogecoin train. Much like other brands such as Burger King and Slim Jim, who have incorporated the cryptocurrency in some fashion, Oscar Mayer recently announced a special hot dog crypto pack that included 10,000 Dogecoins, which is worth approximately $2,500 USD.

The special pack was put up for auction a few days ago, with a starting bid of $0.99.

Another auction was announced shortly after, with the crypto-wieners having a worth of 20k Dogecoins. That new pack clocked in at around $5,000 at current price.

The auction was held on ebay with a total of 76 bidders all vying for the coveted pack of Oscar Mayer hot dogs, with the winning bid ultimately coming in at $15,001. All proceeds of the auction will go to Feeding America, where they will help provide hunger relief to those in need.
