New Starbucks Cup Design Looks Like Overflowing Paint

Starbucks has collaborated with quite a few high rollers in the past, like — most recently — our girl Oprah. Now the coffee giant is taking a fashionable approach by partnering with LA clothing brand Band of Outsiders.

Scott Sternberg is the label’s founder and Creative Director who’s also responsible for inspiring the new cup designs. He apparently prefers to start his day with “drip” coffee, so the trendy mugs feature what looks like black and colorful paint overflowing and dripping down the sides.

These fashion-foward mugs clock in at $15 and are available now at select Starbucks stores nationwide.
