Del Taco Is Stuffing Fried Chicken Into TACOS And BURRITOS Now

Del Taco has officially jumped into the fried chicken game with a whole new menu dedicated to crispy poultry.

Del Taco’s new Crispy Chicken consists of fried chicken breast pieces topped with fresh black pepper. On the menu, there’s multiple ways to order the new fried chicken:

inside of a $1 Crispy Chicken Taco (with a choice of ranch or habanero sauce),

in a $4 box that comes with 3 pieces of chicken, fries, and a dipping sauce,

or in a $5 Epic Crispy Chicken & Fresh Guac Burrito that pairs the chicken with guac, salad, tomatoes, tortilla strips, and a Creamy Avocado Caesar Dressing.

The Crispy Chicken Tacos mark the first new additions to Del’s Dollar Deals Menu, a revamped value menu that was introduced in January 2020. Two new options also join these fried chicken tacos on the value lineup: a Mini Taco Salad and a Caesar Chicken Roller, which will take the place of the departing Habanero Grilled Chicken Taco and BRC Burrito.

All of these options are now available nationwide. It’ll be interesting to see how they stack up against the rest of fast food’s fried chicken options.
