Chocolate & Cinnamon Cobbler

If I had to rank all the photos I’ve seen this year on their levels of beauty, I’m pretty sure this Chocolate & Cinnamon Cobbler shot would be in the running. Don’t you? I normally love to indulge in a warm cobbler, but chocolate and cinnamon flavors so often get overlooked when constructing these types of warm confections! Also not to be overlooked, this cobbler has a dash of coffee in it for an extra pick me up. The entire mound is topped with some vanilla ice cream for a nice contrast, both visually and texturally. (Thx MissInTheKitchen)
