Carlmaggedon: Carl’s Jr. New Campaign Pokes Fun At LA Freeway Closures

Under the rouse of a fake news station – a KCJR news report – the same robot from recent Carl’s Jr. commercials was caught on camera flipping out after being unable to eat a Hand-Breaded Chicken Fillet Sandwich and ends up destroying the Mulholland Bridge. The video has some quality moments amidst its attempt to poke fun at the overhyped “Carmageddon” of this past weekend.

For those not from the Southern California / LA area, Carmageddon was a nickname attributed to the massive closure of the 405 FWY over the weekend of July 16-18.
