Burger King’s New Pickle Fries Add Fuel To The Pickle Frenzy

Pickles are having a moment—especially with Gen Z, thanks to viral TikTok trends where the hashtag “pickle” has racked up billions of views. With this surge in pickle-related content, it’s no surprise that many brands are jumping on the trend and launching pickle-flavored products. Remember the recent launches of Vlasic’s Dill Pickle Corn Puffs and Goldfish’s Dill Pickle Flavor or the rumors of Cheetos most likely launching a Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Flavor early next year? 

It’s official, Burger King has hopped on board the pickle wagon and chosen to feed the pickle-obsessed frenzy by adding Pickle Fries to its menu. Burger King’s Pickle Fries are made by battering and breading dill pickle spears with a savory seasoned coating, which is then deep-fried and served with a side of Hidden Valley Ranch. 

Burger King’s Pickle Fries are available on menus nationwide but only for a limited time. Only time will tell whether the franchise will choose to keep the new dish given the pickle hysteria has shown no signs of slowing down.
