Uh, This Breakfast Burger has a Bacon-Weave Bun

There aren’t many things in this world that beats a nice, simple breakfast burger. You’ve got your grilled burger patty and melted cheese with a nice fried egg on top. Oh, and let’s not forget the bacon. Throw them together between two toasted buns and you pretty much have a phenomenal breakfast.

However, what if you forgot the bun altogether and went the bacon weave route? That’s what Nick from Dude Foods did.  He created two sets of bacon weaves and threw them into the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. After they were cooked, he took a bowl and placed it upside down on the weave, cutting them into circles. Lo and behold: Bacon Weave Buns.

After that, it’s simply a matter of creating your own personalized breakfast sandwich. Nick kept it simple, grilling a 1/3 pound burger patty, melted some cheese on top and fried an egg. Hell, you could probably fill it with more layers of bacon weave.
