We Used DoorDash To Create The Ultimate Fast Food Item Mashups

Here at FOODBEAST we’re all about utility and modification. From our perspective, there’s nothing better than making some crazy, never-before-seen menu hack, that makes everyone salivate instantly.

Still, it goes without saying, sometimes the concepts for our mind-bending culinary creations come to us in the middle of an important meeting, or during late night hours, which can leave little time to drive and pick up food, let alone eat.

Well, that’s where DoorDash comes in. By downloading DoorDash you can order food from your favorite quick service restaurants, that you would normally need to hit the drive thru, or make a pit stop for. They are changing. the. game.

We all know there’s nothing more satisfying than creating an over-the-top mash-up, that makes ordinary food look extraordinary. What’s even better is having that food delivered. Recently, with the help of DoorDash, some magic was made in the FOODBEAST Kitchen and the world watched via Facebook Livestream.

We ordered a bunch of Carl’s Jr., Taco Bell, Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts and got creative. Check out some of our creations.

Walking Chicken and Waffles

A Baskin Robbins Waffle Cone, stuffed with Carl’s Jr. Hand-Breaded Chicken strips, regular and Crisscut fries, drizzled with Carl’s Jr. Barbecue sauce, Taco Bell’s hot sauce, and topped with a strip of bacon from a Carl’s Jr. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, this is literally the definition of a walking chicken and waffle plate.

Double Stacked Dunkin’ Donut “Donut” Breakfast Sandwich

Who doesn’t love a delicious breakfast sandwich? By removing the bagels from the original Dunkin Donut Sausage Breakfast sandwich and replacing it with two halves of a glazed Halloween sprinkles donut. Next, for effect and flavor, we added a full donut, and Dunkin’s original hash browns. We might have invented the ultimate breakfast sandwich of all time.

Refried Famous Star CrunchWrap Supreme

Nothing could have prepared the world for the FOODBEAST X Taco Bell X Carl’s Jr. collaboration. Taking the charbroiled burger patty, lettuce and tomato from Carl’s Jr., Famous Star and adding it into Taco Bell’s CrunchWrap Supreme, then just throwing it onto a hot skillet for a few seconds created the most beautiful thing. Ever.

FreakShake

“A FreakShake is something that basically shouldn’t exist.”  — Elie Ayrouth

Spoken like a true professional, Elie wasn’t lying. The FreakShake lives up to its namesake by merging levels of salty and sweetness like nothing on earth can. We used one Baskin Robbins milk shake AND a Baskin Robbins Root Beer Float, a Carl’s Jr. Strawberry Cheesecake, topped with dual kebabs of donut holes from Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell Cinnamon Twists. BOOM. FreakShake accomplished.

Think you can one-up the creations we concocted? Try it! Order some food on DoorDash and use promo code “FOODBEAST” for $5.00 off your first order.
