BEHOLD: The Quesadilla Cake

Whether stuffing them with meat, or drenching them in salsa, people are always trying to find ways to take their quesadillas to the next level.

Not only did we take our quesadilla to the next level, we took it to the next 20 levels with a 20-layer quesadilla cake.

Who said that a quesadilla has to stop with two tortillas?

That’s bunk.

After setting up your run-of-the-mill, two tortilla quesadilla, just keep stacking that cheesy mo-fo.

We pretty much used the whole pack of tortillas de harina, AKA flour tortillas, then filled them with a Mexican-style, 4-cheese blend until it was oozing with Mexican pride.

It’s not that hard to make, but 20 times more delicious than a regular quesadilla.
