Walmart’s SUPER Sorry That They Made An ISIS Flag-Shaped Cake

Walmart was going to come out apologizing either way, as their bakery was caught in a pickle between supporting the Confederacy, or ISIS.

According to ABC News, Chuck Netzhammer, (No, that’s not his porn name) strolled into a Louisiana Walmart and asked the bakery to make him a confederate flag-shaped cake with the words, “HERITAGE NOT HATE” written across.

Walmart promptly refused as they’ve removed all confederate flag merchandise and disassociated themselves from it after a shooting in Charleston, South Carolina.

However, it seems that Walmart hasn’t banned anything ISIS related, because Netzhammer went back, asked for a custom ISIS battle flag-shaped cake and got it made.

There was a 100 percent chance this cake was going to end up on social media, and sure enough, The Hammer put down a YouTube video, complaining that he couldn’t get his confederate swag on, but somehow got an ISIS flag cake.

A Walmart representative told ABC News:

“An associate in a local store did not know what the design meant and made a mistake. The cake should not have been made and we apologize.”

Cue the “Walmart supports terrorism” jokes.
