These Pretzel Balls Are Filled With Nacho Cheese And Jalapenos

It seems like Nick Chipman from Dude Foods has a bit of an addiction to pretzel-breaded foods as we’ve seen him make Mac & Cheese-filled Pretzel Balls and pretzel-breaded onion rings in the past.

Now he’s showing us how he created an instant classic with these Nacho Cheese and Jalapeno Pretzel Balls.

This is so much more than just dipping a pretzel in cheese sauce, it’s more like eating nachos inside a hot pocket.

Chipman made the pretzel balls with dinner rolls, similar to how he made his Mac & Cheese Balls. He froze the nacho cheese in ice cube trays and put them in the dinner rolls. After that, he added jalapenos and put them in the oven.

Pro-tip: Add bacon, or pretty much any meat to these bad boys for added flavor.

In his recipe post, he shows the secret to really giving the balls that pretzel texture and flavor. Check out his step-by-step on Dude Foods.
