Trader Joe’s Vegan ‘Cheesecake’ Is A Dairy-Free Game Changer

One of the most significant letdowns of lactose intolerance is not being able to fully enjoy desserts such as cheesecake without it doing a number on your insides. Trader Joe’s newest dessert entry, however, has just the fix for that cheesecake desire.

The supermarket chain has released a new cheese-less cheesecake that can be found in the frozen food aisle of your local Trader Joe’s.

Trader Joe’s Cheese-Less “Cheesecakes” are made with lima beans, coconut oil, and konjac to create the palatable vibrance that one would find in a single bite of cheesecake. The dessert is finished with a crust of oats and graham flour, resulting in a completely vegan dessert.

You can find this new take on cheesecake at participating Trader Joe’s locations. Each box comes with two cakes.
