This is What a VW Bug Might Look Like Submerged in Milk

As part of an art installation titled Hasta Las Narices, Mexican-born artist Ivan Puig has created the illusion of a sinking vehicle by revealing only the topmost portion of an ivory Volkswagen Sedan. The entirely white room that houses the installation also helps the illusion and ends up providing a haunting juxtaposition of a ‘simple’ sinking car done in a rather ‘complex’ style.

So just when you thought that VW was sinking in milk, you realize it’s just the top of the car…in an ivory room…which is much less weird than the first implication. Right?
