RADICAL: Pizza Hut Develops Ninja Turtles-Inspired Pizza Thrower for Comic Con

TMNT-Pizza-Thrower-Comic-Con

Fans lucky enough to attend Comic-Con International this year be sure to keep an eye out. Pizza Hut is developing a pizza thrower in collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie hitting theaters in a few weeks. The Pizza Thrower, developed by Syyn Labs, stands at 12 feet tall and 16 feet long and weighs 2 tons. It’s even built from a 20-year old pickup truck, around the Golden Age of Ninja Turtles.

The thrower has a turret-mounted seat, able to rotate at 180-degrees, that allows the driver to shoot the pizzas with a distance of up to 30 feet in 1.5 seconds. Comic Con attendees will be able to be able to take a seat on the Pizza Thrower and shoot fake pizzas at Ninja Turtles villains.

After a hard day of shooting things, attendees will also be able to snack on free Pizza Hut Cheesy Bites. Win.
