Jack In The Box Just Had The Best 3-Month Period In 16 Years

Jack in the Box has got to be pretty happy right now. The fast food chain has seen some of its best sales numbers in the past 16 years, reports NRN.

The burger restaurant saw an 8.9 perfect same-store sales increase in its second quarter. Jack in the Box also grew 7.4 perfect in company units. Its net income also rose 46 percent to $23 million versus last year’s $15.8 million and revenue increased from $340.9 million to $358.1 million.

The company’s success is attributed to a franchising strategy recently completed as well as strong sales throughout the day. It probably also helps that they serve breakfast 24 hours, giving customers plenty of options to choose from.

Sister brand Qdoba Mexican Grill also saw a rise in sales growth.

Jack in the Box currently has 2,200 locations and 600 Qdoba units in the United States, Canada and Guam.
