Glassdoor Names In-N-Out As One Of Top 5 Places To Work In The U.S.

top 5 places to work

If you’re looking for a new job to close out 2017 or kick off 2018, you may want to add In-N-Out to the list of places you’re applying to. The California burger legend was just named one of the US’s top 5 places to work by employee review site Glassdoor.

In-N-Out officially came in at 4th place on Glassdoor’s rankings of top of places to work for, beating out major firms like Google (#5), LinkedIn (#21), and Microsoft (#39). The burger spot was also the top-ranked food business on the list, with the next closest industry partner being E&J Gallo Winery at 14th.

According to Glassdoor’s site, what makes working for In-N-Out so attractive is great pay, flexibility of schedules (especially if you’re in school), and a solid support structure. While the fast-paced environment does draw as a massive con, the ability to grow and build within the company is quite impressive. It’s been reported by KCET that In-N-Out employees can make it to managers and even post six-figure salaries at that point. Full-time and part-time workers also get vision, medical, and dental benefits, which, given the current state of the health care industry, is a huge plus.

While being in fast food may not be the most glamorous job, you may wanna consider In-N-Out because of its room for growth, benefits, and decent pay. And hey, if In-N-Out is beating Google on a list of top places to work, they must be doing something right.
