Rose Gold Churros Are The Latest Addition To The Disney Food Trend

Disney has been the standard bearer of the rose gold foods trend for a hot minute. Their innovations around the vibrant pink hue continue with the newest food addition to Disneyland: Rose gold churros.

Disneyland and Disneyworld both have begun utilizing the Instagram-beloved color in their foods. This is in response to how well the trend has done in their apparel department. Rose Gold Minnie Ears and Spirit Jerseys, for example, flew off the shelves like crazy when they debuted last year.

Disneyworld’s got their own lineup of rose gold desserts that began popping up last month, including a cupcake featuring the Minnie Ears that people can’t get enough of. These new churros aim to continue that success at Disneyland, where the Strawberry Rose Gold Churros can be found at the Castle Churro Cart just outside of the legendary castle.

Disneyland’s churros are already legendary, making them an ideal item to add the rose gold color to to really make the fad take off. Between all of the Disneyworld desserts and these rose gold churros, it’s a good bet that the shade will be added to plenty more foods in 2018, and at the very least at all Disney parks.
