Celebrate Family On A Full Stomach With Disney’s Foodie Guide To Plaza de la Familia

Family is something worth celebrating, and in honor of our closest love (and sometimes hate) relationships, Disneyland Resort is serving food and festivities at Plaza de la Familia. Beginning September 1, families can try the new offerings from this year’s Foodie Guide while celebrating Día de los Muertos. The celebration will be themed after the award-winning Pixar film, “Coco,” and will also have live entertainment and music.

Inspired by the cultures that celebrate Día de los Muertos, new menu offerings include Chile Verde Chicken Flautas, Horchata Cheesecake, and refreshing cocktails like Watermelon Candy. There’s more of course! Visitors can experience Disney’s new delicious bites and purchase fun souvenirs throughout the park. To help you get together those tedious family trip plans, here’s a list of what to expect at this year’s Plaza de la Familia celebration.
