Chipotle’s Augmented Reality Snapchat Experience Will Help You Maintain Healthy Habits
Starting 2023 off with a healthy bang, Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced their new Lifestyle Bowls. The new lineup is designed to be delicious and features seven bowls that are packed with balanced and health-focused meals. According to Chief Marketing Officer Chris Brandt, each bowl “embraces Gen Z and Millennials’ modern interpretation of wellbeing.”
The 2023 Lifestyle Bowl lineup includes:
- Balanced Macros Bowl: Light White Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guac, Extra Romaine Lettuce (61g carbs, 45g protein, 33g fat)
- Veggie Full Bowl: White Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Guac
- Wholesome Bowl: Supergreens Lettuce Blend, Chicken, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guac
- Grain Freedom Bowl: Supergreens Lettuce Blend, Chicken, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese

Chipotle’s Lifestyle Bowls were inspired by Millennial and Gen Z, and the shift they’re making from diet culture towards more individualized, holistic perspectives on wellness. To bolster the release, the fast-casual brand collaborated with Snapchat to offer an interactive AR Lens that motivates their followers to keep up healthy habits.
The Snapchat AR Lens experience launches on Friday, January 13 (also known as Quitter’s Day) and will encourage you to maintain New Year’s Resolutions with Chipotle-inspired exercises and meditation prompts. To top it off, one hundred thousand participants who complete the Snapchat AR Lens challenges will receive a promo code for a free small side or extra guacamole.
