New Shocking Study Shows That Online Breast Milk Can’t Be Trusted

Apparently buying breast milk online has been growing in popularity, but those buyers might want to take a step back because it could be a little sketchy.

A study posted in the Pediatrics Journal showed that one in 10 samples of breast milk sold in popular web sites were diluted with bovine DNA, which could be a problem for infants that might have allergies.

Although all the samples did contain human DNA, as you would expect from your breast milk, they weren’t always 100 percent man-made milk. It’s no accident either, because the levels of cow DNA were high enough to suggest that it was probably added on purpose.

The FDA recommends infants not be fed breast milk that hasn’t been screened, so stop trying to find your breast milk on Ebay.
