Tym Bussanich is at it again with hands-down one of my favorite recipes to come from his site: a breakfast cannoli.
Using mixture of hash browns and egg whites, a mold is carefully formed using a tortilla shell and a stainless steel roller. Once a cannoli shape is formed, it needs to be frozen.
While the shell is freezing, make the breakfast filling. This includes bacon, eggs, cheese and sausage. Though you can pretty much use anything your heart desires for breakfast. Cook everything together and set aside.
Once completely frozen, the hash brown shell is deep fried and stuffed with the breakfast fillings.
