McDonald’s 2-In-1 BAG TRAY Is The Future Of Take-Out

If you’re like me and turn your take-out bag into a makeshift place mat, you might appreciate what McDonald’s is trying to do here.

In a practical move that lets us easily access our food, Gizmodo reports that McDonald’s Hungary, along with DDB Budapest, have developed an eco-friendly take-out bag that transforms into a tray. The top looks like a traditional bag, but the bottom is connected to a cardboard tray and is perforated so you can easily detach the two and let your food be revealed.

Other fast food restaurants already cater to those of us who like to eat in the car by putting food in little boxes, sans bag, so you can easily access your fries while driving, but this bag has the luxury of keeping the food covered up until you’re ready to start munching on it.

The bag even seems to hold your drink cups like the trays you’d see at a movie theater, which is a major upgrade in itself, as it does away with the traditional drink tray.

It  might not be super revolutionary, but there are some convenient uses for something like this.
