You Won’t Believe That These Avocado Nachos Are 100% Vegan

avocado nachos

Plant-based food has come a long way in recent years. With the rise of the “bleeding” Impossible Burger and a plethora of plant-based substitutes available in grocery stores, it’s now incredibly easy to make vegan food indulgent. These avocado nachos are proof that comfort vegan food can truly flourish.

Created by vegan restaurant Butterleaf, the dish consists of crispy pieces of avocado coated in a warm cashew cheese sauce. Between the crunch of the avocado and the warm, melty flavors of the cashew cheese, you’ll be hard pressed to differentiate between these and actual nachos.

If you’re interested in trying these avocado nachos for yourself, head over to Oozefest, Foodbeast’s all-you-can-consume cheese and beer festival. As the only plant-based feature item at this cheese smorgasbord, you’ll definitely turn some heads and draw some intrigue when you pick up an order of these.

Tickets are available on the Oozefest website if you’re down to go in on these indulgent avocado nachos and everything else at the festival.
