McDonald's Canada: Four New Entree Salads
With the summer season rapidly approaching (for some it’s in full swing!), McDonald’s Canada is launching a line-up of four entree salads to get you looking good for the sunny season! These entree salads are highlighted by fresh leafy greens, colourful crisp toppings, Renee’s Gourmet(TM) dressings and combos that are quite new to the McDonald’s chain. The four salad entrees come with your choice crispy or grilled chicken breast and highlighted by four particular flavors: The Mediterranean Salad, The Mighty Caesar Salad, The Spicy Thai Salad and The Garden Fresh Salad. The salads will be available for $6.79 at participating Canadian McDonald’s locations.
The Mediterranean Salad is a colourful mix of red peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, crumbled feta cheese, whole pitted black olives and fresh leafy greens.
The Mighty Caesar Salad blends shaved parmesan cheese, tasty bacon, crunchy croutons and fresh leafy greens with a garlic and parmesan glaze for extra flavour.
The Spicy Thai Salad combines a blend of spring mix and fresh leafy greens with red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, whole wheat crisps and a splash of sweet and spicy Thai glaze.
The Garden Fresh Salad is tossed with red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes, crispy carrots, red peppers and shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on a bed of fresh leafy greens.
