Craving: Hawaiian Meatloaf Sandwich

Hawaiian BBQ is definitely my guilty pleasure. Ever since high school, my friends have graciously turned me onto the likes of places like L&L and other local Hawaiian BBQ spin offs. For this session of craving, we have an item that is most likely not at your local Hawaiian BBQ spot, the Hawaiian Meatloaf Sandwich; which is a bun stuffed with meatloaf, macaroni salad, gravy and pineapple.
