This Burger Concept Turns ‘Eating For The Camera’ Into A Whole Menu

Mukbang Burger Sliders on King's Hawaiian Rolls available now at Ruby Tuesdays.

Mukbang Burger is going nationwide by taking over more than 200 Ruby Tuesday kitchens across the U.S.

The delivery-only concept pulls from mukbang, a Korean internet trend where creators film themselves eating large amounts of food on camera. Mukbang Burger translates that idea into a menu built around abundance, stacking oversized sliders meant for sharing—or going all in solo.

Each slider comes on a King’s Hawaiian roll, bringing that soft, slightly sweet base to every build. The menu leans into bold, familiar flavors, but the format stays rooted in volume and variety, designed to mirror the over-the-top portions that define mukbang videos.

Virtual Dining Concepts runs the brand, while Ruby Tuesday handles the kitchen operations behind the scenes. That setup allows Mukbang Burger to scale quickly without opening standalone locations. King’s Hawaiian anchors the build, positioning its rolls as the foundation for every slider.

Mukbang Burger exists entirely in the delivery space. Orders run through mukbangburger.com and major apps like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, with food prepared inside Ruby Tuesday kitchens but not available for dine-in.
