Taco Bell’s 2026 Menu Reveal Is Basically A Star-Studded Award Show Now

Taco Bell is officially bringing back Live Más LIVE and this year it’s less key note address and more award show energy.

On March 10, Taco Bell will host Live Más LIVE: A Night at the Palladium, a one-night-only variety special taped at the Hollywood Palladium and streaming exclusively on Peacock. Rapper Vince Staples is hosting, with celebrity appearances from Doja Cat, Benson Boone, Ariana Madix, Anderson .Paak (as DJ Pee .Wee), Yeat, Myke Towers, and more.

Taco Bell is announcing its 2026 menu like it’s Coachella meets Comic-Con. Live audience, streaming platform, music performances, comedy bits, surprise guests, and over 20 new menu items getting teased along the way.

This is Live Más LIVE’s third year, but it’s easily the biggest swing yet. What started as a tech-forward product keynote has evolved into a full entertainment event. Taco Bell used past editions to debut things like Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Baja Blast Pie, and the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap. Now they’re going full Hollywood.

It’s built like a variety show from the jump. Fans in the room. A purple carpet. Live performances, comedy, and one-off moments that keep the energy moving. In between, Taco Bell slowly pulls back the curtain on what’s coming next, mixing nostalgic favorites with brand-new menu formats we haven’t seen before.

Taco Bell Rewards members are getting extra perks too, including a chance to attend the show in person (for LA locals), in-app drops during the broadcast, and even a free month of Peacock if they opt into emails through the Taco Bell app.

During the livestream, viewers can also unlock app-only deals like $1 delivery on qualifying orders and enter giveaways for signed posters.

At this point, Taco Bell isn’t just launching food. They’re building moments around it.

Live Más LIVE premieres March 10 at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT on Peacock.
