Progresso Wants You To Smell Like BBQ With Its New Deodorant

Progresso is celebrating its new line of BBQ-inspired Pitmaster soups via the release of a limited-edition Pitmaster Deodorant. 

Bringing the signature smell of BBQ to your armpits, the deodorant is being sold as a part of the limited-edition Pit Kit, pairing it with a can of Progresso Pitmaster BBQ-Style Grilled Chicken & Fire Roasted Corn Soup.

“When we launched Progresso Pitmaster soup this summer, we showed BBQ lovers how easy it is to enjoy the bold and smoky flavors of a backyard BBQ with no grill or extra time required,” said María Carolina Comings, Vice President and Business Unit Director for Progresso at General Mills. “While we had the flavors locked in, we realized our fans were missing the smell they got from manning the grill all day. While Progresso’s Pit Kit is a limited-edition release, the Pitmaster soup line is available at retailers nationwide and includes flavors like Sausage Beer Cheese with Potato and Hearty Smokehouse-Style Steak & Potatoes, each with 14 grams or more of protein per can.
