McDonald’s Launches Chicken Big Mac In Select Canadian Locations

McDonald’s has announced the debut of their Chicken Big Mac in select Canadian locations starting tomorrow, March 7. If you remember, McDonald’s tested its crispy creation in the US back in August of last year after an incredibly successful trial run across the pond in the UK.

While there have yet to be any announcements regarding its return to the states, lucky Canadians will get to experience the Chicken Big Mac for themselves on March 7. The sandwich remains true to its Big Mac roots (lettuce, cheese, pickles, and signature Big Mac sauce) while replacing the all-beef patties with two crispy chicken patties in their place.

We’ve seen an influx of innovations from Ronald & Co. over the last year, including their Krispy Kreme dessert trials in Kentucky to their recent experimentation with meatless products like the plant-based McNuggets and McPlant burger. We hope to see more of these innovations in the near future. Until then, enjoy the Chicken Big Mac, Canada!
