MTN DEW Has Us Shook With New Baja Blast Hot Sauce

MTN DEW has always ventured intrepidly when it comes to debuting new products and flavors. A couple prime examples would be Fruit Cake and Flamin’ Hot flavors. This time around, the free spirits at MTN DEW are debuting a wild new Baja Blast Hot Sauce to celebrate National Hot Sauce Day on January 22. Yes, you read that combination of four words correctly: Baja Blast Hot Sauce.

For this unexpected product, MTN DEW collaborated with Houston sauce shop, iBurn, led by James “Hot Sauce Boss” Beck. But let’s get to the details of how this actually tastes. MTN DEW Baja Blast Hot Sauce uses the tropical lime flavor of the Baja Blast drink and drops it off at the playground with tomatillos, habanero peppers, green chiles, and jalapeños to cause some ruckus.

This provocative new condiment is extremely limited, with only 750 bottles made available to win on mountaindew.com. Make sure to follow @MountainDew on social media for details on how to win a bottle of Baja Blast Hot Sauce.
