Salt & Straw Launch Turkey and Stuffing Ice Cream For Thaksgiving

An entire Thanksgiving dinner in ice cream form sounds preposterous, but Salt & Straw, the popular west coast scoop shop known for their wildly uncommon flavors, is making it a reality this November.

We’re not just talking sweet cranberry or pumpkin flavors, which would still kind of make sense, as the ice cream shop is adding savory flavors, too.

The full lineup of flavors include all the sides you can think of, like Sweet Potato Casserole with Maple Pecans, a vegan Roasted Cranberry Sauce Sorbet, Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie, and Roasted Peach & Sage Cornbread Stuffing.

Of course, a Thanksgiving feast would be incomplete without a turkey, so the main course is remixed as a Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey, made with a buttery turkey brittle, and turkey fat caramel.

The fall flavors will be available at all west coast scoop shops in Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Anaheim. If you don’t feel like getting up, there’s always the Postmates option, as well.
