The Internet Is Trolling Cracker Barrel For Firing ‘Brad’s Wife’

The internet is up to its cheeky business once again.

Over the weekend, the hashtag #justiceforbradswife and other similar phrases took over the Internet, all seemingly directed at restaurant chain Cracker Barrel. Tons of hilarious tweets have been posted trolling Cracker Barrel and going after them for firing “Brad’s wife.”

Turns out that this all started back on February 27th when Milltown, Indiana resident Bradley Reid Byrd took to social media to complain about his wife Nanette getting fired from Cracker Barrel after eleven years of service… on his birthday.

Since then, Brad has been sending Cracker Barrel an email every single day with the same six words:

“Why did you fire my wife?”

Naturally, the internet has taken it upon itself to serve as the megaphone for Brad’s request and get some answers out of Cracker Barrel. So far, their anger and demands have fallen on deaf ears, it seems, as Cracker Barrel has chosen to answer to nobody regarding this controversial firing.

As of right now, Cracker Barrel has yet to respond to requests for a comment from Foodbeast. While we have yet to know the conclusion of this story, at least we can take comfort in knowing Brad’s wife has a job offer from another restaurant chain.
