This Guy Is Officially Dos Equis’ NEW Most Interesting Man In The World

When Dos Equis’ Most Interesting Man in the World retired, the world was left in a dull and uncomfortable position. OK, so maybe we forgot about the dude already, but looking back at the years of comical Chuck Norris-like situations they’d put the 77-year-old Jonathan Goldsmith in, we wouldn’t mind seeing more of it.

So Dos Equis obliged with fans of the commercials and just announced that they’ve found a new Most Interesting Man In The World. Meet Augustin Legrand, who will be carrying the torch moving forward, as Superman will now be wearing his pajamas, werewolves will now be jealous of his beard, and roses will stop to smell him.

We get a sneak peek of Legrand, who somehow looks like a smoother version of Hugh Jackman, as the Mexican beer brand released a teaser of the trouble their new spokesman will be getting himself in and out of.

It’s still early, but the Most Interesting Man is getting mixed reviews from fans on YouTube, as user sabbywins said, “My body is ready for more interesting men…” while Tywren2 wasn’t as excited, saying, “…this guy is a cheap, Made in China replacement part, and the new theme music is shit.”

We’ll see in October how the new guy in town lives up to the original, but for now, we’re pretty intrigued.
