Chipotle’s Testing An Official Happy Hour With Free Margaritas And Half-Off Beer

Somehow, Chipotle has been serving up margaritas and beer at its stores without ever having an official Happy Hour. Sure, when you think about Chipotle, you think about burritos, not booze, but that might all change as the Mexican-ish restaurant is now testing an official Happy Hour at 300 Midwest locations — and even dishing out free beer.

Customers in Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin have been able to take advantage of a “Buy one margarita, get one free” deal between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., while in Kansas and Ohio, they serve half-off drinks, according to Business Insider.

While the promotion will only run through September, that shouldn’t stop you from creating your own “Happy Hour” like we did.  All you need is a few homies and a Chipotle location that’s chill and won’t cut you off at two drinks.
